The education sector in Rajasthan must do lot of work to attract and retain its teaching workforce, and recruitment agencies play a massive role in retaining and sometimes up skilling the teaching work force.

After the Schools getting closed due to Pandemic since March 2020, most of the children in Rajasthan have lost the touch of education mechanism and procedures. As per the calculations it is found that 86% of the students in the state have lost analytical abilities in Science and Maths, and more than 90% of students have lost the communication abilities.
The Vidya Sambal Yojana is the creation of the Government of Rajasthan under its energetic Chief Minister Shri. Ashok Gehlot. This policy is created to reduce the shortage of the skilled teaching workforce in educational institutions in the state.
OBJECTIVES OF THE VIDYA SAMBAL YOJANA
- To create a strong teaching workforce base in Rajasthan to cater to the students of educational institutions and impart quality education.
- To reduce the vacancy taking place in the academic world by filling them and reducing any crisis situation in the state.
- To create more jobs for contractual teachers and lecturers in the state and avoid any shortage of staffs.

In the past several months, we have seen many heroic of the teachers and the teaching communities and the management of educational institutions like Schools, Colleges and Universities have kept their academic commitments above their personal interests.
The best part of the teaching community is that their behaviour is very nice and even though there is lack of the Teaching Resources, Salary deductions, Poor execution of RTE Acts and Hesitancy of the parents to make the payment of the fees and the Poor technology in the rural and semi-rural areas of Rajasthan.

The features of the Vidya Sambal Yojana are given below as follows:
- This scheme was introduced by the Government of Rajasthan in the year 2022.

- This scheme will benefit Seventy thousand un-employed teaching forces in the state.
- This plays a major role in getting rid of the evil of unemployment in the state and intensifies the economic growth.
- The appointment of the Teachers, Faculties, Lecturers and Professors will be done on contractual basis in the state initially and based on performance they will be made permanent.
- This will play a major role in Schools and Colleges to complete the education on time and offering relief to both the establishment and the students.
- The government also came up with the new blue print in order to establish new educational institutions in the state to address the shortages in the creation of educational institutions.
- This is the best chance for fresher’s in the line of education to make the mark in the industry as they can work with the experienced teachers and academicians.
- This will directly generate highly skilled and motivated teachers to create an impact in the hearts and minds of the students in Rajasthan.
- This scheme also has been launched in order to prevent the exodus of students from Rajasthan to other states of India.
ELIGIBILITY STANDARDS FOR BECOMING THE MEMBER OF THE VIDYA SAMBAL YOJANA
The eligibility standards for becoming the member of the Vidya Sambal Yojana started by the Government of Rajasthan are given below as follows:
- The teacher applying for the post under this scheme must be from the state of Rajasthan.
- The age of the teachers must be above 20 years.
- The teacher must have done his or her post-graduation in the respective subject and Ph.D. as well.
- Candidates with good communication skills and logical reasoning will be given weightage.
- They must have completed the NET and the SLET examination.
- Fresher’s or experienced teachers are welcome to apply under this scheme.
- Good knowledge of Hindi is considered an advantage in the selection process.
PROCEDURE FOR APPLYING FOR BECOMING THE MEMBER OF THE VIDYA SAMBAL YOJANA
The methodologies for becoming the member of the Vidya Sambal Yojana started by the Government of Rajasthan are given below as follows:
OFFLINE APPLICATION FORMAT
- The applicant must go the educational department of the Government of Rajasthan and get the form.
- The applicant must fill in all the basic details correct and must attach the Xerox of all the documents requested.
- The applicant must add the Passport Size photos and sign the document with the date.
- There is a selection committee headed by District Collector and consist of Nodal Officers, Education Department Officials and others.
- The committee will short list the candidates scoring the highest marks in the Skill Based Test.
- The appointment to the relevant post will be done as fit and deemed against the vacancy available.
- This process will take 30 days by the government to approve or reject the application.
ONLINE APPLICATION FORMAT

- You must attach all the major documents asked in the form like the Educational qualification and Experience certificates.
- Give information about your professional achievements.
- You must sign the form, paste the photo and enter the date.
- The process will take up to 1 month to know if the person is selected or rejected.
DOCUMENT REQUIRED FOR ENROLMENT UNDER THE VIDYA SAMBAL YOJANA
The documents compulsory for getting registered under the Vidya Sambal Yojana under the guidance of Government of Rajasthan is given below as follows:
- The Birth Certificate attested by the gazetted officer.
- Printed format of the application form with signature and date.
- The Original documents like the Aadhar Card, Voter ID, Pan Card and Driving License of the aspirants for verification purpose.
- The Passport and the Stamp Size photos of all the candidates.
- The Income Certificate verified by the gazetted officer.
- The Caste Certificate attested by the gazetted officer.
- The Bank Passbook of any nationalised bank in Rajasthan with the first/last page Xerox signed by the gazetted officer.
- The Nativity Certificate attested by the gazetted officer.
- The Marks Card Xerox of the candidates attested by the gazetted officer.
- The Address proof like Electricity bills, Gas bills of the candidates.
- Xerox of Passport, Aadhar Card, Ration card, Voter Id, and Driving License signed by the gazetted officer.
- Declaration by the applicant.
- The Work Experience document showing the Date of Joining and the Date of relieving of the institutions worked.
Government of Rajasthan has taken many initiatives to make the education system of the state good and this is enhancing the enrolment in the coming years. However the learning outcomes of Vidya Sambal Yojana schemes are still under the radar and only time will tell.
