Banking91 project report preparation tool helps to generate project report for availing loans from banks or any other financial institute.
This reporting generation tool is made to be used by everyone whether you have financial knowledge or not.
Steps to prepare project report for bank loan
You can login to banking91 by creating an account or using your gmail credentials.
To prepare project report, you need to first start with your firm name. Once you fill the firm name and click on Start Project Report, your new report will be initiated.
You will be directed to basic details page.
You need to fill following details of business:
After filling these details click on Update basic details button. Below every form, there is a button to navigate to next form.
Click on Update Investment Details button to proceed to fill Fixed Assets investment details.
You will see below form here, you need to fill details of investment in fixed assets such as Building, Furniture, Plant and Machinery, Computers and Software etc.
Once you have filled the Asset Name, Cost and Depreciation Rate click on UPDATE COST OF ASSETS to update FA details.
This form will generate Fixed Asset register and calculate depreciation. Next proceed to fill Financing Details.
Below form will open, you need to fill details of loan/cc you require along with interest rate.
Here, we assume that repayment will be done equally in each quarter.
Once you fill the form, click on update loan interest button. Once form is submitted, system will calculate interest and repayment schedule.
If you have selected Existing Business, in basic form then opening balance will also be required to filled.
Next step is to fill profit and loss estimations.
Here you need to fill the estimated revenue and expenses details.
You can either fill details for all years, or fill the first year and then enter desired expected yearly increase and click on fill button. It will automatically fill the details. Also notice the Months in First Year, it automatically considers months from day of creating this project report. You can change months also.
You can also change the years.
In this form, you need to fill assets and liabilities. Even on this form you can use Fill button to generate Balance Sheet.
Balance Sheet will be automatically generated, if you click on fill button.
Numbers are derived from Profit and Loss statement, depreciation and interest schedules.
You can manually also insert these numbers.
After filling balance sheet details, click on Review and Update button . This will take you to page with P&L statement and balance sheet on same page, where you can edit and finalise report.
Also you will have option to enter details of business, promoters and assumption.
