The students and youths are the building blocks of any country and they have been responsible for leading a variety of social changes that includes conducting debates of national importance. When youth are involved in the field of empowerment and growth, it encourages the chance of creating benefits for the society.
This is a well-known fact that the youth of any country is a great asset. Students and youth of Rajasthan are the future and they play a vital role in represent the nation at every stage. The role of youth in building and development of any state is more than the forecasted situations. We can also say that the intelligence and work of the students and youths will take the state of Rajasthan on the path of progress.
The Youth (aged between 15-28) can successfully create social change making difference in their lives. These social changes can also lead to revolution and will have a long term outcome on society.
As a spirited member of society, youth need mechanisms that can protect them from violent conflict, to live safely without having the fear of their individual and collective safety. Apart from this, youth also plays a pivotal role of positive representatives of change and build and maintain sustainable peace in their societies.
Youth must play a major role in the development of the nation. They must take into account he current issues that the country is facing. Furthermore, they must analyse the basic problems like Poverty, Dowry-Deaths, Castes, Education, Health, Environment, Nepotism, Black Marketing, Money laundering, Poverty, Religious Divides, Superstitious Beliefs and others.
The Mukhyamantri Yuva Sambal Yojana is the major initiative taken by the Government of Rajasthan led by Shri. Ashok Gehlot to stimulate the youth brigade in the state and make them independent.
OBJECTIVES OF THE MUKHYAMANTRI YUVA SAMBAL YOJANA
- To get the perfect connect between the Government and the youth of the state of Rajasthan.
- To have an effective understanding of the challenges regarding the policy creation and execution.
- To train and support the youth of the state to express the ideas openly without fear.
VISION OF THE MUKHYAMANTRI YUVA SAMBAL YOJANA
To encourage the unemployed to get good employment in Rajasthan and assist those who depend on others to get rid of the expenses and also become financially independent.
MISSION OF THE MUKHYAMANTRI YUVA SAMBAL YOJANA
- To give equal chances to the people of various walks of life in Rajasthan to get good jobs in companies.
- To foster good and healthy relationships and strengthen the environment and transform the systems in a regular fashion.
- To embrace the highest qualities after acquiring the education and life skill development and quality training in a logical manner in the state.
FEATURES OF THE MUKHYAMANTRI YUVA SAMBAL YOJANA
The features of the Mukhyamantri Yuva Sambal Yojana are given below as follows:
- This scheme was launched in the year January 1, 2022.
- Two people in a family get the benefits under this scheme.
- 7 lakh beneficiaries will get the benefits under this scheme.
- Women of the state can get the benefits till she gets married.
- The duration of the Skill Based Training is 3 months for the youths.
- The applicant working in a private or government or quasi government establishment cannot be a part of this scheme.
- The selection process is done once in a year on June 1 under this scheme.
- The candidate will get training 5 days a week with 2 hours of internships at the skillsets chosen by the candidates.
- This scheme is introduced to give education to all the educated unemployed citizens of the state.
- The youth need not depend on the families to satisfy their needs.
- The unemployment allowance will be for two years and if he or she gets employed the unemployment allowance will stop.
- The applicant must register at the nearest Employment Exchange in the state.
- Any person studying for PU and Graduation in the state can also benefit under this scheme.
INTERNSHIP PROCESSES UNDER THE MUKHYAMANTRI YUVA SAMBAL YOJANA
The internship process under the Mukhyamantri Yuva Sambal Yojana are given below as follows:
- The training duration will be for a period of 90 days – 3 Months.
- The internship duration is for a period of 2 years.
- The internship will be done any time during 10AM to 5PM.
- The candidate should not take leave for first 3 months of the training.
- The Government Department will do the internship for the candidate for 2 hours.
- The internship is made compulsory for the candidate till he or she will not get a suitable government jobs.
- If the candidate takes training and after some time is having an emergency situation or need to take leave, prior approval of the concerned authorities must be there.
- After the training, if the candidate expresses the desire to start his or her own business, then suitable loan assistance will be offered.
- The incentive amount will be directly deposited to the bank account of the candidate.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR BECOMING THE MEMBER OF THE MUKHYAMANTRI YUVA SAMBAL YOJANA
There are some eligibility conditions for becoming the members of the Mukhyamantri Yuva Sambal Yojana are given below as follows:
- The scheme is ideal for the citizens of the state of Rajasthan.
- A self- declaration form from the educational institution.
- The student must have marks report of matriculation and currently pursuing educational courses.
- This scheme is good for the youth ranging from age 20 to 35 years.
- Physically Disabled, Scheduled Caste and Tribes can participate in this scheme and get the benefits.
- The annual income of the applicant must not exceed INR 1 Lakhs.
- Only those students studying for Pre University Courses and Graduation in Rajasthan can participate in this scheme.
- The applicant must do the Pre University and Graduation Courses from recognised colleges in Rajasthan only. Other state certifications and mark sheets will not be entertained.
- The applicant must register at the employment exchange to avail the benefits.
- Transgender are also welcome to apply under this scheme.
- Under this scheme INR 4500 is given to the females, and the INR 4000 is given to the males.
- The applicant must not register in any other welfare schemes in the state.
- There must not be any criminal cases against the applicant in the state.
- The applicant can choose any one of the schemes sponsored by the government like the Akshat Kaushal Yojana or the Bhatta Berojgari Yojana, coming under the umbrella of this scheme.
DOCUMENT MANDATORY FOR REGISTRATION IN THE MUKHYAMANTRI YUVA SAMBAL YOJANA
There are various documents required for getting registered under the Mukhyamantri Yuva Sambal Yojana is given below as follows:
- The Birth Certificate confirmed by the gazetted officer.
- Xerox of the Passport confirmed by gazetted officer.
- The Caste Certificate confirmed by the gazetted officer.
- Residence Certificate for all the candidates of the state.
- Aadhar Card, Voter ID, Pan Card Xerox of the candidates.
- Xerox of the matriculation marks card of the candidates.
- The Nativity Certificate confirmed by the gazetted officer.
- No Objection Certificate from the Tahisildar of the district.
- Disability Certificate in case of differently abled candidates.
- The Bank Passbook Xerox confirmed by the gazetted officer.
- The Passport and the Stamp Size photos of all the candidates.
- The source of Income details must be furnished under this scheme.
- Electricity Bills, Gas and Registration documents of the candidates.
PROCEDURES FOR REGISTRATION IN THE MUKHYAMANTRI YUVA SAMBAL YOJANA
There are various methods used to apply for getting registered under the Mukhyamantri Yuva Sambal Yojana is given below as follows:
- The candidate must open the Google Chrome application.
- The candidate must log on to the website given below.
- https://employment.livelihoods.rajasthan.gov.in/
- You must go to the Job Seeker Tab.
- Click on Job seeker registration option.
- You must enter all the personal details in the website and also click on the link for unemployment allowances.
- Click on the link for the option known as Citizens.
- Enter all your basic information and click on the submit button.
- It will ask for the OTP and enter the OTP given in the mobile.
- A new login Id will get created and you must go to the login page and enter the valid login id.
- You must enter your password a combination of alphanumerical characters along with the captcha code.
- Attach all the main documents available in PDF format.
- You must click on the submit button to get registered under this scheme.
- You must take the print out of the application form for your reference.
- Keeping the Xerox copies of the filled application form is recommended for future communications.
- The SMS alert will reach the mobile number of the concerned candidate.
STATUS OF THE APPLICATION UNDER THE MUKHYAMANTRI YUVA SAMBAL YOJANA
Interestingly, under this scheme the option to check the status of the application has been given. It is very simple.
- The candidate must enter the Name, Mobile Number, Email address in the website.
- The candidate must click on the search button.
- A new page will open displaying all the details.
- The applicant can check the status of the application like In-Process, Approved or Rejected.
