The People and the Social Welfare Services of the Government of Madhya Pradesh are intended to achieve the special needs of individuals and groups having restrictions in their lives like the situation of being a Handicap, Economic, Social, Physical and the Mental people structures are not able to take advantages of the amenities and facilities provided by the groups.
These weaker sections in Madhya Pradesh consist of the Unorganised Labourers, Physical and Mentally Handicapped, Schedule Caste, Tribes and the Endangered Tribes, Senior Citizens, Contractual labourers and the backward castes. These above mentioned people do not know about the benefits that reach them and thus become ignorant about various government schemes and the policies.
The nation or the state that undertakes the welfare of the above mentioned group of people becomes a strong and prosperous state. The people forming the major segment of the state of Madhya Pradesh are the downtrodden, unorganised labourers and the middle class segment living below the Poverty line in the state.
In most of the situations, one can see that once the policies have been introduced by the government, it does not reach the poor and middle class segment of the state of Madhya Pradesh. To get rid of this anarchy, the Government of Madhya Pradesh came up with a unique policy that addresses all the core issue of the common man under a single roof.
This scheme was known as the Mukhyamantri NayaSavera Yojana and was launched in the year 2018 for lifting the lives of the downtrodden in the state.
Furthermore, in the year 2020 this scheme was rechristened as the Mukhyamantri Jan Kalyan Sambal Yojana, under the dedicated leadership of Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan.
OBJECTIVES OF THEMUKHYAMANTRI JAN KALYAN SAMBAL YOJANA
- To offer the maximum benefits in offering the Health, Education and Social Security to all the citizens of Madhya Pradesh.
- To provide the Justice and protecting the interest of the downtrodden and also uplifting the lives of the people of the state.

To strengthen the individuals in Madhya Pradesh by offering a Comprehensive, Integrated and Equitable Welfare Schemes to all the sectors in the society that issupportable, very less costly and concentrating on the development of all the human resources in close coordination with the relevant shareholders.

- People like the Contractual Labourers, Unorganised workers from the poor family background will get the benefits under this scheme.
- One time loan facility is available for the applicant under this scheme till he/she reaches 60 years.
- Promote use of online segment and avoid usage of paper.

- Providing assistance in the funeral services of the downtrodden by giving INR 5000 in a year to the successor of the diseased.
- Assistance in education to 5000 young minds under the Super 5000, plan, where in the student with highest percentage in 12th standard is given INR 30000 as one time incentive.
- The kids of the ST, SC, Backward Caste and the Endangered Tribes will get INR 50000 as promotional incentives, when he/she will join the sports program and bring the glories to the state of Madhya Pradesh.
- A child born to a poor family having no source of income gets INR 4000 in the first three years and after reaching some years, will get INR 12000 as one time assistance.
- A person from a downtrodden family dies due to accident then the relief of INR 4 Lakhs is immediately sanctioned to the next of the diseased.
- A person from anoppressed family suffers from permanent disability due to the accident then the relief of INR 2 Lakhs is immediately sanctioned.
- A person from a poor family suffers from partial disability due to the accident then the relief of INR 1 Lakhs is instantly sanctioned.
- In case of the natural death from a poor family in Madhya Pradesh, an amount of INR 2 Lakhs is sanctioned to the next of the victim.
- The farmer purchasing agricultural equipment will get 10% interest rate debate and INR 5000 rupees on getting loans from the banks, under the Equipment Grant Schemes.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR BECOMING THE MEMBER OF THEMUKHYAMANTRI JAN KALYAN SAMBAL YOJANA
The eligibility criteria for becoming the member of the Mukhyamantri Jan Kalyan Sambal Yojana are given below as follows:
- The applicant must be born and brought up in Madhya Pradesh State.
- The applicant must be living below the poverty line (BPL) category.
- The family member must not have any credible source of Income.
- Family members using only 100 units of power are qualified to take advantage of this scheme.

- This card was called NayaSavera Card 2 years ago, and now it is known as the Sambal Card.

- Check all the details entered are correct and justified.
- The Sambal Card is created in front you and you will receive the physical copy of the card to the address mentioned in the online portal.
