Increase in the population obviously needs the creation of new housing stock while the process of urbanisation poses a different kind of concern.
People who own the ancestral houses in rural areas in Telangana are shifting to the urban areas in search of good employment opportunities which are made available in the urban areas. A house is a place where in a person belonging to various caste and creed will come to unwind and relax after tiring days of hard work. A house will have a major role to play in meeting the objective of developing into better citizens.

A person living in a good house in the midst of a good environment and nature will have a healthier growth with lot of positive outlook towards life than the one living in multi-storeyed flats. Imagine the growth of a person’s mind that gets up early in the morning and offers prayer to the god only to find out that there is slum outside the windows.
An appropriate house in the context of those people is beyond the financial reach and hence they settle for something lesser than that. This encourages the rise of different kind of slum areas in Telangana.
You will wonderful about the type of culture that a person will inherit when he/she is surrounded by the dirt. It is relevant to note here that many private sector offices are located close to the government offices since most of the government offices generate business opportunities. Regulatory procedures also play a vital role in enhancing visit to government office.
A good house will have enormous implication on the consumption of energy. The location of the house from your work place will determine the new level of energy consumed and hence the house must be around 6 to 10 kilometres from the workplace. Look at China and USA, they stress on the rise and development of housing complexes within the industrial and commercial complexes in their towns and cities.
In India, the authorities must definitely consider allotting the houses to beneficiaries near their respective workplaces. This is possible as the state government like the Government of Telangana comes forward to develop many housing colonies using 2BHK Housing for the poor scheme in the same town/city.
