Yes Bank is an Indian Bank with headquarters in Mumbai established in 2004 to offer quality banking services to the citizens of India. Furthermore, Yes Bank is an associate of SBI having 30% share and offers various services like Investment Banking, Private Banking, Loans, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Recurring Deposits, Fixed Deposits, Finance, Insurance, Consumer Banking, Corporate Banking, Business Finance, Mortgage, Loans and E-statements.

History of the Yes Bank

Yes Bank is an Indian Banking establishment set up by Ashok and Rana Kapoor in 2004 and has completed 18 years of banking in India. This bank is one of the most powerful and the fastest growing banks available in Indian banking systems. During March 5, 2020 the RBI took control of the Yes Bank citing bad management and improper use of the cash reserves. We have made an amazing presence in all the parts of India and also set up the units at Abu Dhabi in UAE.

We have computerised all our branches and made it digital so that the users will not have any concerns using our services. We have more than 50 plus branches in the country and we have an amazing employee based of more than 20000 members. In 2017 the Yes bank launched the digital wallet payment systems known as the Yes Pay, thereby integrating BHIM and UPI. The bank also signed an MoU with other banks to offer INR 1000 Crores to undertake various food financing projects. 

This bank is good in offering various services in the field of Retail, Corporate and Core banking technologies. We also encouraged the US company OPIC and the Wells Fargo to encourage the rise of the women entrepreneurs. Shri Sunil Mehta is the Chairman and  Shri Prashanth Kumar is the MD and CEO of the Yes Bank.
