History of the Kangra Central Cooperative Bank Limited

On the auspicious morning of March 17, 1920 the Kangra Central Cooperative Bank Limited was created in the beautiful town of Kangra in Himachal Pradesh. This bank is established in the beautiful town of Kangra in Himachal Pradesh and has always assisted people living from various walks of life like Fruit sellers, Cobblers, Goldsmiths, Carpenters, Skilled and Unskilled Artisans, Handloom Workers and others. 

We have 10 plus branches in Himachal Pradesh to protect the interest of the customers and promote their welfare. Earlier the bank was also present in the West Pakistan areas, however due to partition, and China war we suffered immense losses. We played a massive role during the floods, landslides and other natural disasters in our state.

Shri Rajeev Bharadwarj is the Chairman and Shri Ramesh Kumar is the Vice Chairman of the Kangra Central Cooperative Bank.
