History of Bassein Catholic Cooperative Bank Limited

The Bassein Catholic Cooperative Bank Limited was created like the Credit Cooperative Society by Mr. P J Monis a christian missionary on February 6, 1918 along with various social activists in and around Vasai in order to develop the standard of living of Vasai. It became a Cooperative bank in the year 1966 and in the year 1990 the apex banking body Reserve Bank of India gave it a scheduled bank status. We believe in bringing any time banking to all our branches in Maharashtra state.

Furthermore, we collaborated with Small Industrial Development Bank of India (SIDBI) to have Credit Link Capital Subsidies. We also introduced the Ru Pay Cards and all our branches became fully computerised in the year 2006. The internet banking was introduced in the year 2016.

We assist the customer by bringing simple and modernised technology to make their lives easier.
